Quality Assurance & CSR

Here at WIDDOP and Co. we aim to deliver high quality products to our customers. We have quality management systems in place throughout the development, manufacture and import processes to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.

We have a Quality Control department in our UK warehouse who can check every delivery we receive and ensure it is of an acceptable standard before it is released into the warehouse for picking. Our Product Quality Technologist analyses any quality issues we find, and returns or complaints we receive, in order to prevent them from reoccurring.

Each quarter we provide our suppliers with feedback on their performance and where improvements can be made. We pursue continued improvement to ensure every product made is to the required standard.
